Dunk High SP ‘Iowa’ 2020 CZ8149-002

The 2020 reissue of the Nike Dunk High SP ‘Iowa’ brings back one of the original colorways from the ‘Be True to Your School’ series from 1985. While the distinctive two-tone color scheme – pairing a black base with contrasting overlays in Varsity Maize – was successfully co-opted by the ‘Wu-Tang’ Dunk in 1999, this pair serves as a reminder that the Hawkeyes wore the colors first. The sneaker’s all-leather upper is equipped with a lightly padded nylon tongue, accented with a woven Nike tag.
